What is MajorMenus.com?
MajorMenus.com is an online restaurant ordering service. Customers can place takeout and delivery orders from their favorite restaurants through MajorMenus.com. To find out more about our daily office lunch delivery service called “Restaurant of the Day” contact us at customerservice@majormenus.com.
How do I create an account?
During the order checkout process will be prompted to login if you are a returning customer. If you are placing your first order you must click the “New User” link to create your MajorMenus account.
Is your site secure and is it safe to enter my credit card information?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make sure all of your online transactions are secure. Our Internet site is built on a system, which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
What do I do if I forgot my MajorMenus account password?
a.) Go to majormenus.com and click the "My Account" link at the top right of the homepage.
b.) Click the credit card option on type of account.
c.) Click the "Forgot Password" link below the login boxes.
d.) Type in your email address very carefully and your new desired password twice before clicking the password reset button.
e.) ***MOST IMPORTANT*** - The MajorMenus server will send an email to your username email address as soon as you request a password reset. You must click the link contained in this email to complete the password-reset process. If you don’t receive this email please check your spam folder.
Stored credit card information will be cleared anytime you complete a password reset. You will need to re-enter your info on your next order once you have reset your password.
I don’t see my favorite restaurant.
Check back soon. We are constantly expanding our restaurant base. Be sure to mention to the owner or managers of your favorite restaurants that they should join the MajorMenus network of restaurants.
How do I know that the restaurant received my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that the restaurant has received your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email first check your spam folder.
Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order please email us at customerservice@majormenus.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
No, all orders are final. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been placed.
I order everyday, how do I save my credit card information?
Just click on the “save my credit card information” checkbox on the checkout page.
How do I sign up my restaurant?
Restaurant owners can click here to learn more about signing up your restaurant.
Why didn't I receive a discount??
The discounts displayed on the restaurant list page are only for first time customers. If you have ordered from that particular restaurant before, you are no longer eligible to receive the discount. If you see a discount next to a restaurant you have previously placed an order with, it is because you have not logged in.
